When a customer ask if you'll match a price off the Internet, your first response should be a hearty and enthusiastic, "Yes!".? You then follow it up with this:? "I'll not only match their price, I'll match their service as well.? I won't install it, you'll have to find someone else to do that.? If you install it yourself and have trouble, don't call me.? Figure it out on you own.? If it's not working correctly, call the manufacturer, they are dying to hear from you.? If it breaks on the first day, don't expect me to exchange it, you will have to send it out someplace and if you want warranty service, you will have to go fish because you bought it from an unauthorized dealer.? But will I match the price? Absolutely!? But if you want service, expert advice, expert installation, warranty protection and the pleasure of walking into an actual building and speaking with a human being, the price is a bit more!
